DOMESTIC CONSTRUCTION AND ADMINISTRATION
Employees became acquainted with a differentiated customer focus and
interviewed the visitors to their offices. In doing so, the customers experienced
attentive consulta-tion; their suggestions were incorporated into the
conception of new services.
PUBLIC SERVICES AND ADMINISTRATION
Formerly communal rooted employees only reluctantly switch to the
„free economy“. After they were able to process the shock with adequate
guidance, the realisation of their ideas and improvements helped
develop a motivated perspective.
PLASTICS PROCESSING
Project development and implementation for a target group specific product:
idea, business plan, concept, patenting, cooperation, tool making,
commencement of production, advertising, distribution setup, and sales.
HANDCRAFT
If the selection of the successor is emotionally instead of factually rooted,
external objectification helps question one’s own point of view. It is also a
good move in order to secure the existence of the organisation after the
transfer.
COOPERATION, SUCCESSION
In cooperations strategy and partners must suit each other. Thorough
profiling, mutual analyses of potential and business processes and trial
measures have already helped service providers and also crafts enterprises
minimise their risk.
BUSINESS START-UP AND ORGANISATION CONSULTING
Strategy coaching for marketable offers, for the development of the
own work structure and operational procedures, practical training in
self-management and in new client acquisition has already helped
designers, consultants, craftsmen and artists secure their livelihood.
BANKING SECTOR
The quality department practiced the emotional handling of unsatisfied
customers and also passed this knowledge onto their colleagues.
