2004 I founded StrategieInnovation.
From 2000 to 2003 I worked as owner of Schnee.Gronauer & Partner in product deveplopment, niche marketing, corporate communication and sales optimisation.
From 1999-2002 I was director of Forum Teleos. We started lawyer-founder events 'jurafair - congress, exhibition, cooperation' nationwide sponsored by DATEV. Before that, we started the first lawyer-customised internet personal service.
In 1999, during my employment with 'Vagedes Eventcommunication' (then BBDO, now Grey), in Hamburg, I worked as junior project manager for large enterprises like Deutsche Bank, DESY, Audi, BOL.de, DDVG u.a.
In 1998 our business plan for our patented product invention 'LexLock' awarded the German Founder Price (StartUp-Contest).
I studied cultural education at Hildesheim University. Then, whilst working, I did postgraduated studies in
management strategies, consultancy, work organisation, and change management at Hannover University.
Prior all this, I became 'technical assistant of dressmaker engineer' at the Aschaffenburg Technical School. I then went on to Mönchengladbach University of Applied Science, where I studied engineering of fabric finishing.
I spent much time in Central and South America, in England, New Zealand, Spain, the Netherlands and visited Japan, Thailand, Laos, Canada, US and several countries in Europe to broaden my mind.
